QVC Mobile Shopping (US) App Reviews

We have shopped with QVC for 20+ yrs and love it! Its so easy to purchase items on your App. Ive never ever had a major problem at all with QVC. In 2013 about 2 weeks before Christmas I had ordered some flashlites in different colors and we were shorted one color (which included 4 each). I called, explained the situation, the rep was very apologetic, she reordered another box which we received very quickly, and then 2 days after X-mas we received the lost order. I called to send them back and the rep told me to just keep them at no chg, due to the circumstances. I dont know anyone else out there that would have done that for us. Weve always, always been satisfied with your product! Please keep up the good work!!! Thanx!

I have been a QVC shopper for many years and never once have I been disappointed. If something was wrong, and it has been on very few occasions, QVC has never hesitated to make it right. Also, I might add, when I have called to discuss something, never once have I been anything short of wonderful treatment by CS. Thank u all for all you do to make this shipping possible!!!!

App slow and freezes other than that I love it

I use this all the time. I like how easy it is to use and it makes it quick to see TSV items and deals. The check out process is a breeze. I also really like how most items show video clips of their on air demonstrations

Love the app, it makes shopping easy.

Its a little slow, it doesnt update to the current on air item most all times, nor does it always show items previously on air. Im having to sign and almost every time I open the app or during the time that Im using the app I have to sign in again. And many times it doesnt need to let me do speed buy. There are several issues with this app that need to be attended to. I have deleted it more than once.

I love the App and its ease of use! As a regular customer, I couldnt be happier with the quickness with which I can find and view items Im interested in! Great job!
