Easy app to use. Speed buy has bugs when I use, but app is well organized and easy to use. Its the best app of the big three TV shopping networks.

It doesnt get any easier to make a purchase on my iPhone. Touch ID is fantastic and product info is readily available.

So easy to use. No glitches, very simple and functional.

I almost always have problems with this app. I frequently have to delete it, then reinstall it to get it to load. Too bad no one seems interested in fixing this frustrating problem. I have over 50 apps and this is the only one that requires reinstallation

Love this app. I use an iPhone 6plus, no problems. Love the fingerprint password! I cant ever remember passwords, so the biometric is awesome! Thanks QVC for making a quick purchase quick!

Easy and painless

Ive been a customer since 1988, so I guess we can say I love QVC. That being said I think their are a few things that could make the app better. I cannot use the Touch ID, I have to manually put in my password each time. Also, I think there should be a back button. It is incredibly difficult to maneuver around at times using the pages back button but that is not always available so I have to start all over and go to the home page. It wastes a lot of time. Their is one heading choices about Todays Special Value Previews It makes it seem as though these are all TSVs, but I believe they include but it is not stated, One Time Only Values. It would be nice to know or have the distinction, its confusing. Other than that, I like all the choices the app has. I have yet to explore bill-to-ship-to and other aspects of the app, but everything else that I have tried appears to work and flow nicely. It is by far nicer compared to its competitor.

Who doesnt want to do your shopping without leaving your home? You can see what items they are showing or search for that perfect gift. Just a couple clicks and it is being shipped.

The QVC app is the worst. Its a shame that I love their products but they have made shopping for them horrible. Why does the app welcome you by name but if you purchase makes you sign in, I must already be signed in you know who I am? "Speed buy" is a great tool, too bad it seldom works. Need to check order status? Good luck with that!

This is one of the apps that is really easy to use. It is user friendly and you dont have to type a lot. Its mostly just clicking your choice. Love this app.
