Love to Shop But?

I love QVC but this mobile app on my iPhone crashes often. I have to go to my iPad or computer to finish a transaction. Frustrating. QVC is great; app not so much.

I shop QVC via my iPhone ALOT!!! NEVER have I EVER had an issue with the app: logging on/logging off, any type of purchase or account transaction or navigating the site. Lucky? More like a very masterful group of QVC web-geniuses ensuring the app responds at the most optimal level even exceeding QVCs extreme standards. Awesome job, QVC! Thanks so much!

To purchase one item the app does a great job. To purchase several items and the going back and forth it does not so great of a job. But I love QVC!

What have you done???

This app stinks now. Ive had to login to my account more times in the past few days than Ive had to do since I first downloaded the app years ago. Trying to get through things in my account is ridiculous. When Im done with one thing and hit the back button, it takes me back to the main menu, not just back one frame. I then have to repeat every step to get back to where I needed to be. The app froze up mid-order the other night and appeared as though it was not processing the order. I tried again and same thing. Tried a third time and it made me login (again!) and then tried to tell me my password wasnt right. Went to reset the password and somehow just requesting that it miraculously recognized me. Placed the order only to find out the next morning it duplicated it! Tried to cancel one of them immediately, then halfway thru the day I double-checked the status and it reverted back to a pending order. Attempting to cancel again and today it seems to be staying at cancel pending instead of reverting back to in process. I dont know if you are just having tech issues this weekend or what, but it takes a thorough annoyance of this kind to get me to the point of taking time to go into the App Store and write a review. Please fix these issues ASAP!
